Eplesalat

Skal du ha stekte fiskekaker til middag en dag, så anbefaler jeg at du prøver denne salaten til. Kjempegodt og enkelt.



Dette trenger du til 4 personer:

2 epler (jeg foretrekker de syrlige)
4 stangselleristilker
1 liten rødløk
4 ss majones (helst ikke lettmajones)
6 ss rømme (jeg bruker lettrømme)
Salt og pepper etter smak
Saft av 1/4 sitron

¤ Alle ingrediensene kuttes i terninger. Rødløken bør du kutte smått.
¤ Bland det sammen i en saltbolle.
¤ Bland majones, rømme og sitronsaft og smak det til med salt og pepper.
¤ Bland rømme/majonesdressingen med grønnsakene og rør det godt sammen.
Ferdig!
